Storage 24 Refunds & Returns Policy

At Storage 24, we stand behind the merch we create. Each item is made to order, which means your gear is printed just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for simple change of mind or size issues — but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and work to get your item replaced or refunded.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment partner. If they remain unclaimed for 30 days, they’ll be donated to charity. If you’d like your item resent, reshipment costs apply.

Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges

Since every item is made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or style preferences.
If you’d like a different size or item, you can place a new order.
 

Note: For hygiene reasons, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU Consumers

According to EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

Sealed items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Our fulfillment partner reserves the right to refuse returns that fall under these conditions.

Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving their item if they change their mind.
Please contact our support team and include a photo of the product. Refunds cannot be processed if the item has been used or damaged.

How to Report a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order — damaged item, wrong print, or missing shipment — contact us directly. We’ll review your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Final Notes

All returns are sent to our fulfillment partner (Printful). You’ll receive an automated notification when a returned shipment arrives. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

This policy is governed by the English language and applies to all orders placed through Storage 24’s online store.
